AverageAndy will attempt to run his first 5K this weekend

I will be running in the Califon NJ Bridge to Bridge 5K this Sunday (In beautiful Califon, NJ)

This is my first every attempt, so wish me well

    Had a great time running the Califon Bridge to Bridge 5K

    Finished in 38th place (out of 95) with a time of 31:47

    The new goal is to complete a 5K in under 30:00
